Missionary Visit: Chuck & Karen Tessaro

We are delighted to extend a warm invitation to you and your families to join us for a special worship service on Sunday, July 23. We have the privilege of hosting Pastor Chuck and Karen Tessaro, who are currently serving as missionaries with Lutheran Bible Translators in Nigeria. This will be an exceptional opportunity to hear about their experiences and the incredible work they are doing.

Pastor Tessaro, a familiar face to many of us, will be delivering the sermon during the worship service. His presence will undoubtedly bring back cherished memories, as he did his vicarage right here at Trinity in the 1980s. We are excited to have him back in our midst, sharing his unique insights and perspectives.

Following the worship service, Chuck and Karen will be leading a missionary talk in the Trinity Room at 11:15 a.m. This will be an invaluable chance to engage with them directly, ask questions, and learn more about the challenges and triumphs they have encountered while serving in Nigeria. Their dedication to the cause of Bible translation and the spread of the Gospel is truly inspiring.

We encourage everyone, young and old, to attend this special event and be enriched by the Tessaros’ presence. Their experiences will provide a deeper understanding of the importance of missions and the impact it has on the lives of people around the world. It is an opportunity to broaden our horizons and be encouraged in our own faith journeys.

Please mark your calendars for Sunday, July 23, and make plans to join us for this worship service highlighting the global spread of Jesus’ mission. We look forward to a time of fellowship, worship, and learning together.

If you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the church office. Let us come together as a congregation and show our support for Pastor Chuck and Karen Tessaro as they share their missionary journey with us.
